The main cause of the problem could be slow DNS distribution which may not be updated correctly with some ISP. Certain ISPs like to update their DNS only once a week ignoring all the instructions given to them from the Internet. If that is the case the best bet is to point your computer’s DNS to one of the backbone providers on the internet which will resolve the issue quickly.
Google DNS is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Level 3 DNS is 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.6
