Good video but lacks meat. We all know these are common problems that I’m sure we all have/had. What is the solution? This is the problem with the huge majority of psychologically related content about trading. They are good at highlighting the problems (which if you are a trader, you already know about) but are low on providing solutions.
The awareness of the problems often gives the trader a chance to take a step back and break the downward spiral. The window of opportunity is small because not everyone is mindful about their state of mind.
