Dow pullback from Y+1 down to Y-0 was expected and unfolded early in the week. When it fails to hold Y-0, the drop turned into all out sell off down to the price level before FOMC announcement. Closed the week near Y-1 and below midpoint.

Outlook
Outside down week is very bearish with strong resistance now at B-0. A drift back up to B-0 is possible but not necessary.
