Lawrence’s Comment
The week actions from the week prior to last week led to a gap down open for the week. That in turn helped Dow to form a better bottom and pushed straight back up. Y-0 support helped Dow to push higher by the end of the week. Closed the week above Y+1 and near week high.
Outlook
Dow is still trapped in the same range since the beginning of March. It is not likely Dow will be able to clear that quickly this week due to option expiration. A sudden pullback to Y-0 / B-0 going into op-ex Friday cannot be ruled out.
