Real-Time Chat Room Software Changes

After 2 days of monitoring what happen with the site server, we figured out that it is the growing number of users at the site overloaded the real-time chat room and in turn the website as a whole.

What I have to do now is to look into more advanced solutions as the number of members with daytradingbias.com is growing very quickly, the original method of auto updating comments is just not efficient enough.

I have several candidates in mind and will start testing them out this week. If all goes well, we will be moving onto a better real-time chat platform early next month.

The dilemma with a better solution is that it is going to be quite costly as free solutions are not scalable to handle the traffic generated by real-time chat at this point. I will see what I can do to keep the chat room free for all members.
