Annotations of the ES Chart in Real-Time Chat Archive

Following is a typical chart of Emini S&P you see in the archive.

I have put several price level markings on the chart to make it easier to follow when reading the transcript side by side.

For the top pane, it is Emini S&P 4-minute chart from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Eastern time regular trading session.

Previous day high +/- 1.5 points is highlighted with pale red background color as you can see in the chart.

Previous day low +/- 1.5 points is highlighted in pale green background color (not shown in chart).

The pivot point support/resistance price levels are also drawn on the chart.

A list of them in decreasing order in price:

R2 in cyan

R1 in red

Pivot in green

S1 in blue

S2 in light bright blue

For the bottom pane, it is the $TICK index on NYSE traded issues. It is also in 4-minute resolution.

3 zones are highlighted:

Extreme positive zone (+800 to +1000) in pale green

Neutral zone (-200 to +200) in pale yellow

Extreme negative zone (-800 to -1000) in pale red

This is the first set of charts created for the transcripts.

I am still organizing the materials at this point so it is possible I will add more charts to the archive in the future.
