Changes To Report Graphics Coming

Our site uses Google Chart Api extensively for a long time. Unluckily, Google has deprecated the service and its future is unknown sometime after March 2015. Hence we have to seek for a solution to deal with the problem.

For members who find that from time to time overnight they have to re-login over the last 2 days due to testing of potential solutions, I apologize for the inconvenience.
