Dow 30 Feb 15 to Feb 19 Outlook

Recap
Double top setup in place right from the start of the week. Test of Y-0 rejected giving us retest of Y-1 and gapped down to Y-2 and below. The defense of 1000 points round number down swing saved the week. Closed the week near Y-1 and above midpoint.

Outlook
Critcal juncture for which Dow is testing double top neckline from below. Not able to hold above B-0 will confirm weaknesses with retest of B-1 likely and below Y-3 also likely.
