Dow 30 Feb 16 to Feb 20 Outlook

Tight range consolidation although it did not feel like it for many. Dow found support early in the week and moved back to previous week close and stuck there until mid week news shocks from Europe and Ukraine. Closed the week above Y+1 and near week high.

Outlook
News shocks painted a good picture for the expected outcomes but that is the same as what happened back in 2008 – 2009. Government officials love to over promise. News driven environment this week meaning that Dow is one news away from either B+2 or B-2.
