Dow 30 Nov 14 to Nov 18 Outlook

Rallied back to gap resistance above. Without fully filling the gap, news shcok sending Dow lower by 450 points before it could find a bottom. As drastic as the selloff, the bounce from the bottom turned into all out squeeze on the shorts and closed the week above Y+1.

Outlook
The selling is not completed. So it is not likely to shoot straight up like many assumed for the early arrival of the “Christmas Rally”.

Weaknesses early in the week (may extend to the whole week) will stage a good bottom to go long for a swing to challenge the high of the year.
