Pushed towards Y+1 as expected. Then news shock sending cable back down to Y-1. Yet Y-1 acted as support and forced cable to approach Y+1 again.
Outlook
A test of B+1 to Y+1 is in play. A breakout for this zone points to higher price level at B+2 as a minimum.
