Real-Time Messaging Maintenance

We will put our real-time messaging in maintenance mode today Feb 11, 2014 by 7 pm Eastern Time.

Duration of the maintenance is expected to be 3 hours.

Real-Time Chat Room and Real-Time Price Levels tool are affected during the maintenance.

The maintenance is scheduled to address the timestamp issue.

Update:

We’ve patched the messaging software manually to timestamp the latest messages with your local time. It will work for now.

The last N messages retrieved from the chatroom when you first login do not have the proper timestamp for now as the software vendor has not provided us with a patch of their bug.

The chat room archive is not affected as we timestamp it when it arrives at our web server.

We have done what we can for now. We will work on this issue again when we get more support from the software vendor.
