S&P 500 Dec 03 to Dec 07 Outlook

Recap
Did not breach Y+1 in the beginning of the week and a sharp selloff from there as expected. Cleared Y-0 but failed to go much lower. The rally then turned into all out short squeeze above Y+1. Closed the week above Y+1 and near week high.

Outlook
Consolidating above Y+1 clearly indicates that many shorts still refuse to believe ES can go higher. Once B+1 is cleared, Y+2 is next and is very likely. How ES react to this long term resistance zone will determine the direction of the market in coming 2 to 3 months.

Will be very interested in swing short, if this coming week close below B-0.
