US dollar crushed Loonie last week. Instead of pulling back to Y-2 to Y-3 first for a proper bottom, Y-0 acted as support and forced a powerful squeeze to Y+5. Closed the week above Y+3 and midpoint.
Outlook
Squeeze type rally cannot last, retest of previous resistance area is necessary to confirm the strength. That puts Y+3 / B-0 in play. Consolidation between B-0 and Y+5 likely.
